We are seeking an experienced Remedial Construction Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a range of remedial and structural repair projects, including concrete remediation, structural strengthening, and carbon fibre reinforcement systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who has a strong technical understanding of remedial construction methodologies and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise remedial construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Oversee structural repair works including:
Concrete spalling repairs
Crack injection
Waterproofing systems
Structural steel repairs
Carbon fibre strengthening and reinforcement installations
- Ensure works comply with project specifications, Australian Standards, and building regulations.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain detailed site records.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related challenges.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Drive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience supervising remedial construction projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of concrete remediation, structural repairs, waterproofing, and building restoration.
- Experience with carbon fibre strengthening systems (FRP), structural reinforcement techniques, and remedial engineering solutions.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, remedial specifications, and inspection reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and site teams.
- White Card (essential).
- Current Driver's Licence (essential).
- Relevant trade qualification, builder's licence, or construction management qualifications highly regarded.

Pay: $74,704.24 – $133,368.97 per year
