We're looking for a motivated, people-first Junior Property Manager to join our growing team in the Hunter. This role is perfect for someone who has experience managing a smaller portfolio and is ready to take the next step in their property management career with the support, training and systems to succeed.

What Success Looks Like for You
- You confidently manage your residential portfolio, staying organised, proactive and one step ahead.
- You build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through exceptional communication and service.
- You stay on top of arrears, lease renewals and tenancy management, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- You conduct routine inspections with attention to detail and provide clear, professional reporting.
- You coordinate maintenance efficiently, managing expectations and keeping all parties informed.
- You handle tenancy matters professionally, including notices, vacates and tribunal attendance when required.
- You work closely with your Property Officer and wider team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll Bring
- Experience managing your own residential portfolio or a smaller portfolio as a Property Manager.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- A genuine passion for property management and customer service.
