Assistant Brand Manager - Aesthetics

You will be required to:
Develop and execute annual brand and marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives
Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant activities
Own day-to-day brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity
Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade, education, and events
Create, adapt, and manage marketing content and assets across multiple platforms
Own social media planning, content development, and publishing calendars
Create and manage organic social content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form video
Develop practical marketing tools to support sales enablement and clinic growth
Support education programs, workshops, congresses, and professional events
You will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong execution focus with a hands-on, proactive mindset
Ability to translate scientific and clinical information into compelling brand stories
Stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or business
2–3+ years’ experience in Brand Management or Product Marketing
Experience within skincare or medical aesthetics, preferred
Experience managing dual-channel portfolios (professional + consumer)
