We’re a wholesome café based in beautiful Berry NSW and we’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a café or coffee shop
- Be confident making quality coffee in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be bubbly, friendly, and reliable
- Be able to work autonomously and take initiative
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café and coffee station
- Managing workflow efficiently during busy service periods
- Working independently and contributing positively to the team environment
Managerial or supervisory experience is highly regarded but not essential.
