Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
ICEC Group is an electrical company based in Taren Point and we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This role would also span across our sister company.
Your day-to-day tasks:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing invoices and payments
- Payroll processing
- Project cost tracking
- Assisting with month-end reporting
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper (essential)
- Experience using Simpro (advantageous)
- Background in the construction industry (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
