PLAY AI Education is a Melbourne-based after-school education provider for students aged 4–15+. We deliver robotics, Python coding, game programming, AI art and competition pathway programs.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable a Centre Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our Box Hill and Mount Waverley education centres. This is an education administration and student services role. You will support parents, students and teachers with trial class bookings, enrolments, class scheduling, attendance, learning feedback and campus activities.

Key responsibilities:
- Respond to parent enquiries and introduce families to PLAY AI programs.
- Arrange trial classes, student placement and learning plans based on age, experience and interests.
- Maintain class schedules, attendance, make-up classes, enrolment records and parent communications.
- Follow up student progress and classroom feedback with teachers and parents.
- Support parents with course planning, learning questions and enrolment follow-up.
- Assist with campus events, competition registrations, student showcases and on-site reception.
- Organise student work, classroom photos and activity updates for parent and community communications.
- Support day-to-day campus operations and help maintain a positive family experience.
About you:
- You enjoy working in education and communicating with children and parents.
- You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several tasks at once.
- You have strong spoken and written Mandarin and English communication skills.
- You are confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace or Canva.
- Experience in education administration, course consulting, customer service, school operations or front-desk support is highly regarded.
- Interest or experience in STEM education, robotics, coding or AI tools is an advantage.
- You can work some after-school and weekend shifts.
- You hold, or are willing to obtain, a Victorian Working with Children Check before commencement.
