Our Support Workers are trained, respectful, and genuinely passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Whether it's helping with daily routines or offering companionship, we believe care should always be delivered with dignity, warmth, and respect.
We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and qualified Support Workers to join our growing team, and provide in-home assistance to older people and people with disabilities in the community.
You will support clients with a variety of daily tasks, including:
- Companionship and social support
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Meal Planning and preparation
- light housekeeping and domestic assistance
- Medication prompts and wellness checks
- Transport to appointments or outings
- Mobility and transfers
- Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant parties
What you'll need
- Certificate III in Individual Support (aged care, home and community, or disability) or currently studying
- National police clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- A kind heart, positive attitude and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others
