About the role
The Fleet Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating daily transport operations across road, rail, and shipping for our Devonport team. This role is responsible for scheduling drivers and subcontractors, managing fleet communications, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting safety, fatigue, and compliance requirements. Working on a rotating 4‑days‑on / 4‑days‑off roster, you will help ensure all fleet activities run efficiently, equipment is maintained, and customer and operational needs are met across the North West Coast logistics network. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is safety-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
