As a Maintenance Clerk with NRW, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and functions to support the Maintenance Superintendents and other staff associated with the project.

To be considered for this position as a Maintenance Clerk you must possess the following as a minimum:
- Recent experience as a Maintenance Admin
- Experience in the mining and or civil industries
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with maintenance management systems is highly desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in warehouse/inventory duties
As a Maintenance Clerk on our site, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Data entry for numerous daily, weekly and monthly undertakings
- Maintain maintenance files and plant history associated with all machines
- Forward parts requisitions to purchasing officer in the Perth office
- Assist in quarterly stock takes
- Forecasting maintenance service scheduling and repairs
- Checking all timesheets to ensure they are filled out accurately and signed off and sent to administration on site
- General administration duties
- Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification, and competence level
