About the role
The Flower Shop is a speakeasy inspired Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Penrith, looking to grow the team with casual waiting staff and cocktail bartenders. You will be joining a vibrant, fast-paced hospitality environment known for its beautiful cocktails and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Floor Staff
- Taking orders from guests
- Serving food and drinks
- Handling payments
- Creating positive experiences for guests
Key Responsibilities Bartenders
- Confidence in mixing, we are primarily a cocktail bar, we would love for you to know how to make a mean Margarita
- Having an energetic & vibrant attitude
- Handling payments if necessary
- Coffee & basic barista skills are not essential but great
About you
- Hospitality or Customer Service experience, with strong preference for previous restaurant/bar experience
- RSA qualification is essential
- A genuine passion for people and great service
- Confidence in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments
- A team-first attitude
- The ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Being a clean and organised person is a strong preference
