Full Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive Civil Engineer to support the successful delivery of our construction projects. The role involves assisting the Project Manager in overseeing site activities, ensuring quality, safety and environmental compliance and managing resources effectively.
Successful candidates will be required to complete the following tasks:
· Interpret and read relevant technical specifications drawings and plans.
· Determine the method of construction and plan accordingly ensuring procurement is planned with known lead times in mind.
· Establish a detailed program of works ad organise and direct labour on site and delivery of plant and materials.
· Track and manage costs for your section of works.
· Monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, and measuring, valuing and negotiating variations to designs
· Analysing structural systems for both static and dynamic loads
· Professionally liaise with internal and external clients to build relationships and assist with the delivery of the project objectives
· Actively solve problems and implement corrective actions relating to the ongoing management of projects onsite
· Investigate services/utilities as project needs dictate
· Help identify and manage Risks & Opportunities
· Contribute to weekly and monthly report
To be successful in this role, you must have:
· Relevant qualification at the level of a Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering plus at least 2 years experience.
· Have the ability to follow up and follow through on instructions and tasks allocated by your manager

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
