We’re looking for a motivated Allied Health Receptionist to join our supportive administration team. Based primarily at our Lowood Head Office, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a growing healthcare organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting patients over the phone and via email
- Managing appointments, cancellations and rescheduling
- Supporting a busy reception environment with high-volume calls
- Liaising with patients, families, clinicians, GPs and other health professionals
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing data entry
- Providing general administrative support to our clinical team
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
About You
You’ll be organised, reliable and confident communicating with a wide range of people. Experience in medical or allied health reception will be highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with strong administration and customer service experience.
You will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Experience with appointment booking systems (highly regarded)
- Strong typing and computer skills
- A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Qualifications in business administration, medical reception or a related field are highly regarded but not essential.
