We are seeking kitchen staff member for Sushi & Yatai, the leading high-quality Japanese cuisine shop in Melbourne.
We are
- Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Collaborating with innovative modern style sushi and traditional sushi making
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Required skills:
- 1 year experience in a Japanese/Asian restaurant
- 1 year experience in making sushi nigiri/rolls
- 1 year experience in filleting fish
- Experience providing a high level of customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail • Flexible personality with a can-do attitude
- Future-oriented mindset •Excellent communication skills.
