Silk Hospitality is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our newly managed housekeeping team at the prestigious Hilton Sydney.

About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and help ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Hilton's quality standards.
Working closely with hotel departments and Silk Hospitality leadership, you’ll help drive smooth operations while fostering a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations
- Support, coach, and motivate team members on shift
- Conduct room inspections to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation
- Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow efficiently
- Respond to guest requests and operational needs promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage housekeeping communications, calls, and requests
- Maintain accurate reports and operational records
- Promote and enforce Workplace Health & Safety standards
- Support the quick resolution of operational issues when they arise
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment
- Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A keen eye for detail and pride in high-quality presentation
- Ability to prioritise and stay organised in a busy environment
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support your team
- Availability to work across a rotating roster (approximately 30+ hours per week depending on role and operational needs)
- Valid Australian working rights
