OFFICE & WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Factory Blinds is a manufacturing retailer of window furnishings located in Launceston, Tasmania. The business was established in 1989 and has grown to a workforce of 25+ staff.
This vacancy has come about due to the pending retirement of our current office manager. The office & warehouse manager role is a senior position within the Factory Blinds business reporting directly to the business owner. The job is full-time and the business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Your primary role is that of office manager and by default manager of warehouse operations. You will require a minimum Cert 4 Accounting and Bookkeeping qualifications and be experienced with all aspects of MYOB software system plus Microsoft Office. You will complete and finalise BAS and ATO reporting and compliance, payroll and super processing and compliance, creditor and debtor ledger balancing and have general office management experience.
Your warehouse management duties include the co-ordination of manufacturing schedules, management of installers schedules, chairing team meetings and managing the compliance of OH&S standards.
Your personal skills must be those of a "people person" who can easily communicate with our customers and can confidentally and effectively manage, lead and communicate with our employee teams with a positive "can do" attitude.
The anticipated start date is early in the new financial year, ideally before 1 August.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
