Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Hobart and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

Qualifications

You bring positive energy to the team and are wanting to be an expert in your field

Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or service role, preferably within the electrical industry or similar technical environment

Strong product knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise through structured learning programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

A collaborative mindset

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our global standards

Preferred: Experience in an induction or onboarding environment, or background in technical sales support

Preferred: Familiarity with electrical industry products, suppliers, or customer requirements
