As our organisation continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee administrative operations across multiple sites and support the efficient functioning of our growing network.
About the Role
The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative operations across multiple practice locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with organisational standards.This role requires the ability to work across multiple Queensland sites, including Hervey Bay, Loganholme, and Mount Gravatt, supporting both on-site and centralised administrative functions. Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in maintaining operational effectiveness, supporting internal processes, and contributing to continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate general administrative services across multiple practice locations.
- Manage organisational records, documentation, and administrative systems.
- Support implementation of internal policies and procedures issued by Directors.
- Ensure consistent administrative processes across Hervey Bay, Loganholme, and Mount Gravatt sites.
- Maintain effective communication between clinical, administrative, and management teams.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support human resources administration, onboarding, and staff coordination activities.
- Assist in operational planning and improvement initiatives across all sites.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards and quality requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- At least one (1) year of experience in coordination, supervisory, management, administration, HR, logistics, or commercial operations roles.
- Strong organisational and multi-site coordination skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with administrative systems, records management, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software systems.
- Ability to work independently and across geographically separated teams.
- Commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
