This is a dual role where you'll work as a BOUNCE Host while delivering dedicated trampoline coaching sessions. You'll coach during scheduled classes and programs, while also working Host shifts to help create an awesome experience for every customer across the venue.

About being a BOUNCE ‘Coach’

We're searching for passionate, encouraging and inspiring people who love helping others build confidence, develop new skills and achieve their goals.
As a Trampoline Coach, you'll deliver fun, engaging and safe coaching sessions for participants of all ages and abilities. Whether you're introducing someone to their very first bounce or helping a regular athlete master their next skill, you'll play a key role in creating an awesome coaching experience.
No previous trampoline or gymnastics coaching experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know through our industry-leading training program.
Experience in trampoline, gymnastics, cheerleading, acrobatics, parkour, freerunning, coaching or teaching is highly regarded, but not essential.
As part of the BOUNCE tribe, you'll also work as a Host, supporting customers across the venue and helping create an awesome experience for every guest.
About the role…
As a Trampoline Coach and Host, your positive attitude, natural energy and encouraging personality will inspire customers to challenge themselves while feeling safe, supported and confident.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging trampoline coaching sessions.
- Creating a safe, fun and inclusive learning environment.
- Building confidence and encouraging skill progression.
- Providing coaching and feedback tailored to each participant.
- Supporting school groups, parties and venue programs when required.
- Working Host shifts across the venue, including customer service and general venue operations.
- Helping ensure every customer has an awesome and safe experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
BOUNCE Training & Development
BOUNCE provides a thorough and extensive training program that equips all team members with skills they can carry with them for life.
Training includes:
- Customer experience delivery
- Venue operations
- Barista training
- Basic trampoline skills
- Trampoline Coach training and accreditation
- Party and Group Hosting
- L2/Senior First Aid
For those keen, there are opportunities to progress into Head Coach, Team Leader and Venue Management roles.

Minimum Working Age Requirement
