About the role:
Our 110-bed residential aged care facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at BaptistCare. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, you will assess residents' individual needs, develop and implement personalised care plans, and support positive health and wellbeing outcomes. You will also provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff, coordinate clinical and allied health services, and work closely with the Clinical Manager to promote evidence-based practice, continuous quality improvement, and excellence in resident care across the facility.
- Monday & Tuesday: 07:00 – 15:00
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 14:45 – 22:15
- Week 1: Monday & Wednesday (21:45 – 07:15)
- Week 2: Sunday (21:45 – 07:15)

About you:
- Registered Nurse with tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA registration.
- Experienced in aged care assessment, service provision, and compliance with legislation and standards.
- Knowledgeable about contemporary aged care issues, AN-ACC, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to analyse, plan, and deliver person-centred care.
- Demonstrates empathy, respect, and a customer-focused approach to residents.
- Able to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities and a busy workload.
