ABOUT THE ROLE

Employment Type: Permanent.
Remuneration: $190,000.00 per annum
This role will see you accountable for companywide commercial value creation across indirect spend. You will also lead strategic category direction, deliver significant EBIT impact, and acts as a trusted commercial advisor to senior executives. This role operates with high autonomy and is responsible for building a structured, project-led value delivery pipeline across the organisation.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years commercial or procurement leadership experience.
- Demonstrated delivery of multi-million-dollar savings programs.
- Experience leading companywide sourcing transformations.
- Strong financial modelling and business case capability.
- Executive stakeholder engagement experience.
- Deep negotiation capability in complex environments.
You will also:
- Have unlimited working rights within Australia or be eligible for working visa.
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce.
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
