Your New Position
Reporting to the Franchisee, and managing a small customer service, barista and kitchen-based team, as Shift Supervisor you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:
- Maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with training needs
- Executing marketing initiatives and identifying upselling opportunities
- Engaging and leading the team
- Resolving escalated customer enquiries
- Mentoring up-and-coming team members and ensuring the successful operation of the store at all times
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- A minimum of ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Supervisor/Manager
- A minimum of 6 MONTH BARISTA EXPERIENCE
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to confidently lead a large team
