We are seeking a dedicated "all-rounder" to support with customer service, sales and e-commerce operations for two online interior decor businesses.
This role may be beneficial for:
- A fast-learner that has some experience in customer service, sales and operations.
- A recent graduate from an interior design / architecture related program or someone with more experience looking for a stable and long-term customer service role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service & Sales support - responding to enquiries, booking logistics and answering technical questions.
- Sales & quoting - calculating prices and quoting up customers based on floor-plans, diagrams and other information.
- Updating website content, photos and information.
- Spreadsheet work and data management.
- Process and track customer orders through Shopify and logistics platforms.
- Handle order-related issues including tracking, returns, and refunds.
- Organising and posting samples to customers.
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
Beneficial Skills:
The following may be helpful, but are not compulsory:
- Customer service & sales experience in a related industry
- Interior design, architecture & related trades education (especially timber-related trades e.g. joinery and flooring)
- Basic design digital design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma)
- Storeman, warehouse or logistics experience.
This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support while managing order-related inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, professional service.
What We Offer:
- Full-time work preferred - 5 - 6 days of work per week (but part-time is also an option)
- On-the-job training - if you are starting out on your career, we will provide you with training on products, customer service and sales.
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
