Looking for a role with variety, great people, and a fast-paced hospitality environment?
We are seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. This varied role offers the opportunity to work across our Nanya Bistro Bar, Main Bar, Functions & Events operations and Bottle Shop.
This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with guests, working as part of a team, and delivering exceptional service.
Shifts are available across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times
Take food and beverage orders and serve meals and drinks efficiently
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Operate POS systems and process customer transactions
Operate Keno/Lotteries and TAB facilities
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and venue appearance
Support team members during busy service periods
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Essential Requirements
Current RSA Certificate
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Reliable transport
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing and manual handling tasks
Previous hospitality experience and TAB/Keno experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
