Job Title: NDIS Team Leader – Gardening & Lawn Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Team Leader to oversee our Gardening & Lawn Maintenance program, supporting NDIS participants through meaningful, skill-building outdoor work. This role combines hands-on leadership with day-to-day operational responsibility — from quoting jobs and managing equipment to training team members and supporting participants on-site.
You'll lead a small team, ensure jobs are delivered to a high standard, and help create a safe, supportive environment where participants can build confidence, routine, and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide quotes for gardening and lawn maintenance jobs
- Oversee equipment management, including maintenance, safe use and stock control
- Deliver training to team members and participants on tools, techniques and safe work practices
- Support participants on-site, encouraging skill development, independence and confidence
- Assist with rostering as required to ensure jobs are adequately staffed
Skills & Attributes We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable leading and supervising a small team
- Practical, hands-on approach to gardening and lawn care
- Patient, supportive and encouraging manner when working with NDIS participants
Essential Requirements
- Reliable

- NDIS Worker Check
- Driver's License
- Experience in Disability and Lawn/Garden Maintenance.
- Minium Cert IV - In Disability or Horticultures.
