Do you have the jolly laugh, warm heart, and twinkle in your eye it takes to be the real Santa? We’re looking for charismatic, reliable performers to embody Santa Claus and help families create magical, lasting memories this festive season.
This is your chance to bring joy, wonder, and holiday spirit to life in our premium Santaland experience.
The Role:
As our Santa Claus Performer, you’ll be the star of Santaland - delighting families, posing for photos, and creating a magical Christmas experience that children will never forget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently portray Santa Claus with warmth, charm, and authenticity.
- Engage warmly with children and families, delivering a premium, magical experience for every guest - listening, laughing, and posing for photos with warmth and care
- Collaborate with Santa’s Helpers and photographers for smooth and premium photo sessions
- Help children feel comfortable and excited, creating a positive and memorable Santa visit
- Maintain high presentation standards (premium Santa suit provided)
- Remain in character at all times while on duty – uphold the magic of Christmas!
- Be punctual, professional, and available for rostered shifts including weekends and Christmas Eve
About You:
- Prior performance, acting, or entertainment experience strongly preferred, comfortable performing for children and families
- Able to embody the warm, believable Santa character - complete with a hearty laugh, gentle demeanour, and twinkle in your eye ✨
- Great with children and families - friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about spreading Christmas joy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude
- Physically able and comfortable to sit for extended periods and interact with young children, including holding infants if required
- Must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Well-presented and comfortable in the premium Santa costume provided
Availability:
- Must be available throughout the Christmas season, including rostered weekends, mandatory training, and Christmas Eve
