Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service operations and allocate jobs
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage customer enquiries, issues, and escalations
- Oversee service quotations, invoicing, and warranty claims
- Maintain service records and support process improvements
- Work closely with technicians, administration, and management
About You
- Experience in service coordination, customer service, or operations preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computer systems and service software
- Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service
