What to Expect
Tesla is looking for a proactive and diligent regional Service and Warranty Specialist to better support service operations across Aftersales. You will collaborate with frontline Service teams, Sr Management, Customer Service, Technical Support, Service Quality, and other cross departments to validate warranty and service repair orders, manage warranty defective parts, analyze warranty data, and better control warranty costs to ensure the compliance, authenticity, and accuracy of warranty repair orders and in turn give this information to the field teams for improvement in process.
What You'll Do-
Maintain the daily operation of the regional warranty business, validate sample sizes of warranty repair order for correctness.

Provide warranty consultation to the Service and Body Repair centers.

Analyze regional warranty data & KPIs and prepare reports.

Audit warranty defective parts including parts storage, return and scrap to ensure warranty parts precisely match with its repair orders.

Manage return parts requests for parts investigation.

Handle Warranty Tickets and Campaign Management to support efficient resolution and implementation.

Generate Warranty training guides to educate service teams and promote best practices.

Monitor warranty trends in 1,3 & 6 Month in Service; identify early life failures and emerging trends to inform proactive strategies.

Correct warranty issues & drive continuous improvement for the service centers.

Provide improvement plans to ensure compliance.
What You'll Bring-
3+ Years in auditing Aftersales departments or relevant experience in Automotive.

Automotive background, with experience in service or similar roles such as warranty specialist or technical specialist.

Comprehensive understanding of repair procedures, technical documentation and repair times.

Proven track record of driving positive changes.

Good data analysis and communication skills.

Familiar with Microsoft office software

Auto industry related experience preferred

Good and quick adaptability skills.
