About Us
Positive Pathways Services is an NDIS provider that supports people with disability to live independently and achieve their goals. We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Male and Female Disability Support Workers to join our team in Eastern Heights and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will help participants with their daily activities and support them to live independently.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care (if required)
- Community access and social outings
- Transport to appointments
- Meal preparation
- Light household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Writing shift notes
What We're Looking For
- Caring, respectful, and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
Experience in disability support is preferred, but we also welcome applicants who are passionate about helping others and willing to learn.
