About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard and ready for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard
- Make beds and change linen and towels
- Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities
- Vacuum, mop and dust guest rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas
- Report maintenance issues, damage or lost property to management
- Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, health and safety requirements
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties
- Guest-focused and takes pride in their work
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential – training can be provided
