We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to join our West End venue! Someone who loves people, thrives in fast paced environments, and knows how to turn a good shift into a great one.
Yo-Chi is one of Australia’s coolest young brands, combining delicious frozen yogurt with an infinite flow of good energy. Since opening our first venue in 2012, we’ve grown to 70+ locations nationwide and we’re just getting started. Located in one of Brisbane’s most vibrant and eclectic neighbourhoods, our West End venue sits among a thriving mix of cafés, restaurants, students, locals, and visitors. How you'll make an impact:
Leading shifts and setting the tone for a high energy, customer first environment
Supporting the Venue General Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
Coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Keeping the venue running smoothly, safely, and looking its absolute best
Ensuring every cup of Yo-Chi is consistent, high quality, and worth coming back for
Helping drive results across sales, labour, costs, and overall venue performance
What We're Looking For: Previous management experience in hospitality or retail
Someone who naturally brings positive energy and motivates those around them
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
A calm and capable leader who thrives during busy service periods
Genuine passion for people, customer service, and creating memorable experiences
