Duties include:
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes on our menu
Managing inventory and stock control
Collaborating with kitchen team and front of house to ensure smooth operations
Applicant should be willing to learn (eg, learning to use a wok) and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided. Having a car is preferable as the Restaurant is located in Templestowe.
