Snowflake Laundry & Linen Services is seeking a dynamic Laundry Attendant

Join our team as a Laundry Attendant and play a vital role in keeping our community looking fresh and clean. As a Laundry Attendant at Snowflake Laundry & Linen Services, you'll operate commercial-grade washing machines, dryers, towel folders and ironing equipment to process large batches of laundry efficiently. Your attention to detail will ensure that every load is sorted, cleaned, pressed and neatly folded.
What you'll be doing
Laundry operations
- Wash large batches of laundry using commercial-grade washing machines.
- Operate dryers to ensure laundry is thoroughly dried.
- Operate ironing machines to press and finish laundry to a high standard.
- Fold laundry neatly and efficiently.
Health and safety
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper manual handling of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Maintenance and reporting
- Liaise with supervisors to report any issues with machines or equipment.
- Submit incident reports as required.
What we're looking for
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- A valid driver's licence with a clean record, and a current National Police Check.
- Full-time working rights in Australia.
- The physical ability to lift and handle heavy laundry loads and other items.
- Physical stamina for prolonged and repetitive tasks.
- A punctual, reliable and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in delivery or laundry work is a bonus, but not essential.

- Competitive pay rate of $30–$35 per hour plus superannuation (plus penalty rates for overtime and public holidays, where applicable).
