As a Village Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our village community, providing exceptional customer service to residents, families and visitors. You will play an important role in creating a warm, friendly and supportive environment while helping residents stay connected to village life and activities.

This is a casual opportunity based at Woolooware Shores, offering flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends with a potential to transition into a permanent role.
As a Village Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors and service providers, creating positive first impressions and delivering excellent customer service every day.
Working closely with the Resident Services Manager and village teams, you will support day-to-day reception operations, assist residents with enquiries, coordinate administrative tasks and provide transportation (buggy shuttle)support within the village.
