This role suits a candidate with accounting / insolvency experience, who has a keen interest in the property and construction industries.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Appropriate restructuring and advisory experience (+2 years).
- Bachelors Degree in Business / Accounting preferred.
- Previous experience in restructuring, accounting, property or finance roles is favourable.
- Clear written and verbal communications skills.
- Commercial attitude to problem solving, negotiation and timely decisions.
- Motivated and efficient with an ability to take ownership of assigned matters and coordinate multiple work streams.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Detailed financial modelling, forecast cashflow and feasibility analysis of a portfolio ofproperties.
- Identify, analyse and implement strategic and creative options to maximise property realisations and outcomes across a range of distressed property types and locations.
- Coordinating contractors and consultants for property maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate lawyers, sales agents, builders, and other consultants to deliver target outcomes.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Work alongside in-house Delivery Advisory team to mange construction projects.
