During the two-year program, you'll complete structured rotations across key areas, gaining practical experience and exposure to industry-leading operations.
Year 1 - Build Your Foundation
Rotations may include:

Year 2 - Choose Your Path
As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to further develop your skills across:

- Special projects aligned to your interests and career goals
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have developed a strong understanding of processing operations, supply chain management, compliance, food production and business operations, positioning you for future leadership opportunities across ACC.

What we're looking for
Our ideal graduates are motivated, curious and eager to build a long-term career in agribusiness, food production and supply chain operations.
You will bring:
- A recently completed (or soon to be completed) tertiary qualification in Food Science, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Leadership potential and a desire to develop your career
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Sound computer literacy and data analysis skills
- A genuine interest in Australia's food production and agribusiness industries
- An ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
