As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll help people stay active, independent and well across hospital, community and residential care settings. Working with a collaborative team, you'll provide expert care, support service improvements and contribute to better outcomes for patients, families and rural communities.

Delivering advanced physiotherapy care that supports recovery, independence and quality of life.
Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families to achieve coordinated, person-centred outcomes.
Leading quality improvement initiatives that enhance services and patient experiences.
Mentoring clinicians, students and support staff while promoting a culture of learning and excellence.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Physiotherapist and relevant tertiary qualifications.
Experience delivering physiotherapy services across varied clinical settings and patient groups.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead service improvements and support a positive team culture.
You'll stand out if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare and/or a background in clinical supervision, mentoring or service development.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone passionate about improving health outcomes, strengthening community connections and making a lasting difference through person-centred care.
