Our team works across major infrastructure, flood risk management, and urban development projects. Help us create practical and resilient outcomes for clients and communities:

Deliver hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, flood risk assessments, and flood management inputs across a diverse range of projects.

Contribute to projects across infrastructure, urban development, local government, and broader water-related studies.

Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to support clear, practical project outcomes.

Prepare technical reporting, mapping, presentations, and other project deliverables to a high standard.

Continue building your capability in project delivery, client engagement, and technical leadership with support from experienced mentors.

Profile/Skills:
About You
You are someone who brings sound technical experience, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in flood risk management and hydrology. You are looking for a role where you can keep learning, contribute to meaningful work, and take the next step in your career in an inclusive and supportive environment:

Qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.

4+ years’ experience in flood assessments, hydrology, and hydraulic modelling, with the role suited to an Experienced Engineer.

Some Australian consulting experience is required, with NSW experience beneficial.

Strong experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, with TUFLOW (essential).

An understanding of tools such as RORB, URBS, WBNM, and HEC-RAS, as well as the principles of Australian Rainfall and Runoff 2019 and relevant regional and local procedures.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reporting and work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Experience on major infrastructure projects is helpful, but not essential.
