Store person/Administrator – Join Our Team!
Are you a detail-oriented individual with an electrical background and strong administrative skills? We are looking for a Store person/Administrator to support our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the technical and operations team.
- Assist with documentation, reports, and project coordination.
- Maintain records of electrical installations, maintenance schedules, and compliance report.
- Handle correspondence, invoices, and procurement processes.
- Work within the factory area for stock control and material flow.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and technicians to ensure smooth material workflow.
- Support health & safety compliance and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage
- Previous experience in AutoCAD and Simpro an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, or technical drawings an advantage
- Warehousing experience
