Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated marketing professional to join our retail marketing team.
Autosports Group is a large ASX-listed automotive retailer representing some of the world's most prestigious and luxury automotive brands. The Opportunity
This role supports a portfolio of prestige automotive dealerships, with a strong focus on driving leads, customer engagement and sales outcomes.
Working closely with dealership leadership teams and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing plans, coordinate campaigns and events, analyse performance, and contribute to the ongoing growth of our brands.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role based at our Brighton Head Office, with occasional travel to dealerships across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, showroom traffic and sales conversions.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across digital, CRM, social media, events and traditional channels.
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and OEM partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyse campaign performance, including leads, sales, customer engagement and digital metrics, providing actionable insights to dealership stakeholders.
- Develop customer communications across email, CRM and retail marketing channels.
- Manage website and social media content to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.
- Support budget planning, tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate dealership events, launches and customer experiences.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and projects across the business.
About You

A marketing qualification in business, marketing or a related discipline.
- Ideally 3-5+ years' experience in a marketing role within automotive, retail, agency or multi-site franchise environments.
- Strong campaign management experience across digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic environment.
