We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our Barrack St store. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love delivering exceptional customer service, and have a passion for coffee and fresh food, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Retail Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store.
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Providing exceptional customer service
Serving and packaging donuts and other food products
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Restocking displays and maintaining store presentation
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working collaboratively with the team during busy periods
Previous café, barista, hospitality, or retail experience is highly regarded
Barista experience is required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
A team player who enjoys working with people
Applicants must be available to work Monday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
