Hunter Street Hospitality is seeking an experienced and charismatic Head Host to join our team at The Argyle Stores in The Rocks, home to some of Sydney’s most celebrated venues including Sahtein, Ananas, Sake Restaurant & Bar, El Camino Cantina, and Munich Brauhaus.
As the face of our venues, you will lead the guest experience, be a part of our guests night from start to finish , optimise seating with strategic seating operations, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional hospitality every day. This is an opportunity to partner with the senior managers of the precinct and the guest experience team to ensure we are providing unforgettable experience and adding new members to our regular diners community.

About You
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Head Host/Host or Floor supervisor
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Sevenrooms, preferred not required
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
