Main Responsibilities
Manage relationships with key customers or enterprise clients
Ensure customers achieve business goals using the company’s product/service
Increase customer retention and reduce churn
Lead onboarding and product adoption
Conduct business reviews and strategic meetings
Coordinate with sales, support, and product teams
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Track customer KPIs and satisfaction metrics
Mentor junior Customer Success Managers
Pay: $10,000.00 – $12,500.00 per month
