We’re Looking For
A passionate Customer Care Officer to be the welcoming face of our Stockland shopping centre, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences on a 9 month; max-term contract.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact at the Customer Care desk, delivering friendly and solutions focused support
- Support the Centre Management team with initiatives, activations and marketing campaigns
- Manage customer enquiries & feedback with professionalism and care.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors and internal teams
- Contribute to a welcoming, safe and community focused retail environment
About You
You’re passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and take pride in being the friendly face people remember. You thrive in fast paced; people focused environments and enjoy building genuine connections with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Previous experience in a customer service or front facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of customer needs
- Solid organisational and administrative capability
- Ability to manage feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
- Experience working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
