In this role, you'll:
As a Senior Officer, Strategic Programs you’ll play a key role in supporting high-level secretariat initiatives that keep our organisation connected and informed. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and collaboration are essential.
You will:
- Prepare and develop documentation such as briefs, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate processes and provide updates on papers and documents for timely submission.
- Draft and review responses for Secretary briefings and other key communications.
- Assist with research to identify reputational issues impacting Transport for NSW and the broader cluster.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Build strong relationships across the Transport cluster and with Ministerial offices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement them.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
