FOH Supervisor / All-Rounder — Full Time

Are you an experienced hospitality all-rounder ready to step into a leadership role? Elster Melbourne is looking for a full-time FOH Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll be an active presence on the floor every shift — leading the team, maintaining our service standards, and making sure the guest experience is consistently excellent. No two days look the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the FOH team during service
- Opening and closing the venue
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Managing floor operations and liaising with the kitchen
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Covering across floor service, coffee bar, hosting, and cash handling as needed
About You
- Proven experience in a senior FOH or supervisory role (café, restaurant, or bistro)
- Natural leader who stays calm and organised under pressure
- Strong barista and table service skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Available across the week including weekends and public holidays
