COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Essoign Club Melbourne is a private legal club for judges and barristers of the Victorian Law Courts. We are now seeking experienced and talented front of house staff.
The role
· Perform all restaurant and cafe duties, including catering and sit down 3 course dinners and cocktail parties
· All Bar work, Barista work and food handling
· Offsite functions for up to 300 people in multiple venues around Melbourne
· Catering and wine and food deliveries to the Barrister Chambers'
· Catering for small events and lunches for Melbourne based Barristers and Judges
Skills and experience
· A current Victorian RSA certificate
· Must be able to work in Australia in a full-time capacity
· Self-motivated and accountable
· Ability to work unsupervised
· Excellent presentation and communications skills
· Excellent food and beverage knowledge
· Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences
· Ability to prioritise tasks with a keen eye for detail
· High standard of problem solving and decision making
