Job Description
As Senior Creative Art Director, you'll generate world-class, highly crafted advertising concepts, partnering closely with our Executive Creative Director to push big ideas from spark to execution
What You'll Do

Develop high-level concepts and generate standout creative ideas

Build deep knowledge of client brands and overall strategy

Juggle multiple campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines

Push every piece of work to the highest creative standard time and budget allow

Oversee design execution collaborating with designers on layouts, graphics and visual assets, and ensuring quality and brand-guideline adherence throughout

Revise and refine campaigns based on feedback from the Creative Director or clients

Attend client meetings to help shape creative strategy, and present ideas with confidence

Oversee execution through to production, keeping BMF standards front and centre at every stage

Partner with account management and production teams to land the best possible creative outcome

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Executive Creative Director on ideas and progress

Liaise with third-party creative suppliers
Qualifications
You have 6-8 years of experience working at an agency and/or in-house, and are eager to put them to good use playing a key role in helping build and deliver the next phase of BMF’s creative vision.
