Join the team at Stockland Green Hills, East Maitland and take ownership of delivering marketing and events on the ground in a high‑performing retail centre. This is a hands‑on role based on site five days a week, working closely with retailers, customers and the centre team to bring the marketing plan to life.
We’re Looking For
A Retail Centre Marketing & Events Executive who thrives in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments. You enjoy being in centre, building relationships and delivering high‑quality events, campaigns and experiences that engage the local community.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver end‑to‑end centre marketing campaigns, events and activations
- Build strong, face‑to‑face relationships with retailers and local partners
- Engage retailers in promotions and events to drive participation and trade
- Support customer experience initiatives aligned to centre strategy
- Coordinate suppliers, content and in‑centre presentation standards
About You
You’re confident, proactive and comfortable working in a live retail environment. You enjoy being hands‑on, solving problems in the moment and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Retail, shopping centre or hospitality environment experience
- End‑to‑end events, activations or campaign delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Confidence managing face‑to‑face conversations with different audiences
- Organised, detail oriented and comfortable using systems
