Position Available:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.)
- Adapt to the fast-paced nature of a bustling coffee rush
-Support the back of house staff
- Take orders and answer product questions
- Recommend drinks and upsell (e.g., add-ons, sizes)
- Deliver friendly and efficient service
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards during peak hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- BARISTA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
- THIS IS A CASUAL ROLE SO HOURS WILL BE SITTING AT 8 TO 12HRS PER WEEK. WE ARE OPEN FROM 5.30AM TO 1.45PM MON TO FRIDAY SO SOME SHIFTS WILL BE EVENINGS. SHIFTS WILL BE LIKELY 7.30AM TO 11AM MON TO FRIDAY OR JUST 4 DAYS TOTALLING 14 TO 16HRS.
