Run Lead – Testing Tools, QEP & AI Platforms
Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)
Contract Rate: AUD 660–680/day
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Run Lead to own the operational management, stability, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Testing Tools, Quality Engineering Platforms (QEP), and AI services. You will ensure reliable BAU operations, drive service excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operational management and run support for Testing Tools, QEP, and AI platforms.
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, performance, and SLA compliance.
- Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, major incidents, and service disruptions.
- Lead incident, problem, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Drive governance, risk, security, audit, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate patching, change management, CAB participation, and release governance.
- Monitor platform health, utilization, and service metrics while providing operational reporting.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous service improvement.
- Support onboarding of new tools, teams, and capabilities.
- Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and service catalogues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITIL).
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Experience managing Testing Tools, Quality Engineering Platforms (QEP), AI services, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience driving operational excellence, automation, and platform modernization.
